What is Crossfit Beacon?
Crossfit Beacon is many things to many people. A community. A sanctuary. A place to challenge and be challenged. Current member athletes, Beacon alumni, and our friends and visitors offer their own definitions of What is Crossfit Beacon? on our Testimonials page. We also offer our passion and approach to Beacon in the Our Approach and What We Do pages. Beacon's mission is that we all get fit and have fun together.

Beacon Complete Athlete
Crossfit Beacon’s Complete Athlete Program (BCA) is designed to give middle school and high school athletes an edge over their competition on the field, turf, court, or diamond. The most important determinants of speed and agility are strength relative to bodyweight. BCA Strength Training protocols focus on midline, shoulder, and knee stability with an eye toward preventing injuries. BCA’s Speed and Agility protocols are designed to help young athletes attain optimum body position and muscle recruitment to make them faster, more agile, and safer. Free Saturday Class – 9:30am
Join us this Saturday from 9:30 am - 10:30 am for a free adult Boot Camp class. We will be working many of the same movements that we do in the regular CrossFit classes (squatting, jumping, kettlebells)--improving your functional movement, core strength, and conditioning, but you can participate with no prior experience. All ages and abilities are welcome. Come this week. Come every week! There is no limit to the number of times you can join us.
