Athletes
At CrossFit Beacon every athlete’s journey is important to us. Though ages, abilities, and goals may differ, we support each athlete in making fitness breakthroughs. Those might include running a 5k for the first time, doing pull-ups, or jumping rope like you did when you were a kid. Regardless of the starting point, the fitter people get, the better they typically feel and look. We’re committed to making the journeys at least as fulfilling as the outcomes. Learn More
Coaching
Coach-athlete relationships really matter. We’ve benefited from great coaching in our own lives and believe in paying it forward. There’s nothing more important to us at Beacon than the quality of our coaching. To promote it, we constantly seek and apply feedback on how we’re helping athletes to improve, avoid injury, and enjoy each step. Take a minute to watch a Beacon coach and co-owner talk about these goals in a national Crossfit video (click to view in a separate window). Learn More
Community
CrossFit is challenging. Developing capacity and intensity takes time and effort and having a supportive community of people training together promotes faster progress. Beacon is committed to a community that is results-oriented and family-friendly. We organize and host events that involve everyone in the community, not just our elite athletes. Feeling connected makes it that much easier to enjoy pushing ourselves and each other to reach new fitness heights. Learn More
